Attack on Islam-An Objective Rebuttal: New e-Book for ‘The people, who think …..
In the post 9/11 scenario there has been mushroom growth of pseudo intellectuals and so called scholars to blame and criticize Islam, Qur’an the Holy Scripture and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) for all the troubles on this planet especially the menace of terrorism. Amazingly they appear to be lacking in the basic knowledge of their own faith [Christianity] and scripture [Bible]. Their crude little knowledge about Islam is based upon anti Islamic biased sources which add fuel to the fire. Intellectually they are at the same level as extremists or elsewhere. They try to make their writings authentic by quoting isolated verses from Qur’an mostly out of context to extract meanings satisfying their preconceived notions. These Islamophobes engage in “mental reservation” when they mention half-truths about Islam. The methodology is to mix half-truths with references and outright lies, either without references or irrelevant references. One such site claims: “A non-racist, unbigoted inquiry into the core teachings of Islam and what it all means (if anything) for non-Muslims”. Sounds good! But the dichotomy is self evident form word ‘(if anything)”. The claims of non religiousness is self contradictory, as such sources are full of hate material against Islam, Muslims, their beliefs, practices and Holy Scripture. One is made to believe as if no good can be found in Islam, even a Muslims marrying a widow as a social welfare service is projected as a scheme to produce more warriors.
Such people claim to educate the non Muslims about real face of Islam through novel idea to read book on Qur’an written by some biased non Muslim. Fearful of rapid growth and popularity of Islam all over the world especially among the pragmatic Europeans and American, these critics of Islam try to censure it by bringing up key components of the package of ideas (or bundle of beliefs) known as Islam as per his perceptions. For example the practice of Taqiyah is one of the fundament doctrines of Shi’a, [the minority sect of Islam,15-20%], criticizing Taqiyah by projecting it be the doctrine practiced by All the Muslims, is nothing but deceit, indicating malicious designs, false propaganda. Most of Muslims may not be aware of terms like Taqiyah, once I discussed it with one of my friends, a devout practicing Muslim, he showed his total ignorance, in fact he heard this term very first time from me! Hence critics embroiled the Muslims to respond to some thing which they don’t follow. Similarly why should we be discussing the doctrines of extremists, while majority rejects them. How if some one criticize the institution of Pope, and expect a Protestant Christian to defend it. Apart form deceiving the simple reader, such subjective criticism divert the time and energies of Muslims form real issues. Such is the nature of general objections raised against Islam, which can be found all over the cyber space and media. The twenty eight points of subjective criticism have been taken from one such ant Islamic sources as a base for objective analysis and rebuttal. Since Islam is the faith followed by all the prophets, a legacy of Prophet Abraham [pbuh], references form Bible are also quoted where ever required, this is especially for the satisfaction of followers of earlier scriptures. Aim is not criticize Christianity or Judaism but put the facts with references in correct perspective.

Dynamic Temporal & Spiritual Quests
A Research Work in Pursuit of The Truth
“Consider the sun and its radiant brightness, and the moon as it reflects the sun! Consider the day as it reveals the world, and the night as it veils it darkly! Consider the sky and its wondrous make, and the earth and all its expanse! Consider the human self, and Him Who perfected it and inspired it with knowledge of what is wrong for it and what is right for it: indeed successful will be the one who keeps it pure, and indeed failure will be the one who corrupts it!”(Qur’an;91:1-10); “And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding”(Job;28:28); “Why don’t you judge for yourselves what is right?”(Jesus Christ, Luke;12:57)

The Creator: Is there a God?
The idea of a Supreme Power who is the First Cause of all things, the Creator and Ruler of heaven and earth has always been part of human nature from the beginning. The belief on God was followed by His worship in different cultures. The relation of a group of human beings to God or the gods or to whatever they consider sacred or, in some cases, merely supernatural is known as religion. The beliefs supporting the existence of God or against it, including the middle positions have resulted in an array of doctrines, the most prominent among them are; Theism, Monotheism, Theodicy, Deism, Agnosticism and Atheism. The main issue which have remained the center of attention of believers of the God has been; How to prove the existence of God rationally? Dilated upon in this book. The Abrahamic religions e.g., Judaism, Christianity, and Islam attempt to satisfy human quest through the Revealed knowledge received by the prophets and messengers of God. While exploring the historic development in theosophical and scientific aspects about ‘The God’ and ‘The Creation’ specifically in the three religions linked to Abraham. Islam emerges as true legacy of Abraham contrary to the common perception that it was a new religion founded by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Does God really exist? The Guidance: Does human need to be guided? If so, how?
It is said that human is a thinking, rational animal. He knows what is right and what is wrong, so does he/she need some additional source of Guidance? Some say ‘No’, while others say ‘Yes’ and still there are who say ‘I Don’t know’. The Book “Guidance” includes, natural guidance, miracles & signs; The brief on the messengers of God; from Adam – Noah – Abraham – Ishmael – Isaac – Jacob -Moses – David, Solomon – John The Baptist (peace be upon them all), Prophet Jesus Christ, The Son of Mary (peace be upon him) and The Last Messenger; Muhammad (peace be upon him). Significance of seeking Knowledge in Islam
The recent desperate upsurge in the militancy and violence against oppression and foreign occupation in some Muslim lands has many reasons. The main reasons contributing towards these delusions are; historic, geopolitical, social, cultural, economic, and religious and lack of knowledge and misunderstanding of Islam, and its values due to restricted and subjective view. Muslims once excelled in attainment of knowledge in all the fields are now mostly illiterate and ignorant. They are backward despite possessing energy and other natural resources in abundance. An effort is being made to highlight the importance, which Islam attaches to attainment of knowledge so that Muslims may endeavour to regain their lost glory by breaking the shackles of ignorance.

Metaphysics and Eschatology:
Metaphysics has vast meanings in Islam; it includes: Knowledge about Allah, His attributes, Angels, Holy Books, Allah’s Messengers and Divine Pre-ordainments (Al-Qadar). It also includes what Allah and His last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) informed about the knowledge of the matters of past, present, and the future e.g., news abut the creation of the heavens and earth, botanical and zoological life, the news abut the nations of the past, eschatology including paradise, hell, resurrection, the Day of Judgment, and events preceding and following to it. A Muslim must believe in all that is reported in the Qur’an and the prophetic traditions concerning the metaphysical matters (Al-Ghaib). Free e-book@ http://goo.gl/phzYN

Islam & Philosophy
Muslims, as a community are mostly illiterate and ignorant, once they excelled in all the fields of knowledge. Islam encourages thinking and to ponder upon signs of Allah in the universe. Gradually the Muslims started to concentrate on rituals and ascetic practices, leaving their philosophy of rational thought, reason and scientific knowledge, the hallmark of their intellectual development. Their heritage of intellectual treasure slowly passed on to the West, which now dominates the world. Islamic world, the one fifth of humanity, is backward despite possessing energy and other natural resources in abundance. Muslims should realize the importance, of rationale thinking, wisdom (hikmah) and intellectual upkeep so as to acquire their lost heritage of knowledge to lead the humanity in attainment of ethical and spiritual peace. Women in Islam: Subjugated or Emancipated?
“O Mankind! Be conscious of your Sustainer, who has created you out of one living entity, and out of it created its mate, and out of the two spread abroad a multitude of men and women. And remain conscious of God, in whose name you demand (your rights) from one another, and of these ties of kinship. Verily, God is ever watchful over you!(Qur’an;4:1); “I will not let the good deed of any among you, whether a male or a female, be wasted:” (Qur’an;3:195) . Generally it is believed that in Islam the women are mistreated, their status is lower than men and they do not enjoy equal rights. Such negative perceptions has been created by the ignorant and enemies of Islam, after having failed in the ideological front, however the cultural treatment meted to the women in some of the Muslim societies has provided the basis for such perception. Before the advent of Islam the status of women in earlier civilizations was very low to the extent that they were denied basic human dignity. A cursory look at that would highlight the respectable position granted to women by Islam. This Booklet is also available @

Sectarianism:
Sectarianism, extremism, militancy and Intolerance are the main threat to the unity, peaceful coexistence and progress of Muslims.“Be not like those who became divided into sects and who started to argue against each other after clear revelations had come to them. Those responsible for division and arguments will be sternly punished” (Qura’n;3:105).“ “do not spread mischief in the land.”(Qur’an;7:74)“A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands.”(SahihBukhari Hadith: 1.9)

The Last Prophet (pbuh): The most influential man in history :
17 June 569 C.E is the date of birth of The most influential man in the history of mankind, according to research by Dr.Hameed Ullah. Being a historic matter, there may be differences among the historians on this date but they are unanimous in the greatness of this man. Sir George Bernard Shaw writes: “I have studied him – the wonderful man and in my opinion …… he must be called the Savior of Humanity.”…”I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness: I have prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable to the Europe of tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the Europe of today.” [‘The Genuine Islam,’ Vol. 1, No. 8, 1936]. According to Michael Hart, Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels, he preached and promulgated one of the world’s great religion, and became an immensely effective political leader. Even fourteen centuries after his death, his influence is still powerful and pervasive. He is the legislator-jurist who defined ritual observance and Islamic law. He was an effective administrator, legislator, judge and military commander as well as teacher, preacher and prayer leader of the Muslim community and guide for humanity. Find out more @

Jihad & Tolerance: The Myth and Reality:
In the present environment of universal turmoil especially in the post 911 scenario, the Muslims have become a target of universal hate propaganda. Some verses from Qur’an are mostly misquoted to defend killing of non believers and to project a permanent state of armed conflict (Jihad) between Muslims and non believers. The ignorant terrorists thus facilitate the anti Muslim lobbies to propagate and project all Muslims as intolerant, war mongers and terrorists. Even some ignorant Muslims also fall pray to this fallacy. It is important that the misconceptions are removed by understanding the concept of Jihad in the light of Qur’an and Sunnah. ‘Tolerance’ has always been hallmark of Islamic heritage; as evident from abridged version of the 1927 Lecture of Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall, included: ‘In the eyes of history, religious toleration is the highest evidence of culture in a people. It was not until the Western nations broke away from their religious law that they became more tolerant, and it was only when the Muslims fell away from their religious law that they declined in tolerance and other evidences of the highest culture. ’ Pickthall’. Takfeer: The Dreadful Doctrine of Terror
The doctrine of Takfir; is being used in the modern era especially by Taliban, in sanctioning violence against leaders and simple Muslims who are deemed insufficiently religious. Takfir is a pronouncement to declare any (non practicing Muslim), to be an unbeliever (Takfir), apostate, (Murtad) hence liable to be killed. It has become a central ideology of militant groups such as those in Egypt, Iraq and across the world including so called ‘Taliban’, now also in Afghanistan and adjoining tribal areas of Pakistan.Mainstream Muslims and Islamic groups reject the pseudo concept of ‘Takfir’ as a doctrinal deviation [bid’at], heresy, un-Islamic, marked by bigotry and zealotry. Such narrow mindedness has exacerbated the evil of sectarianism and the resulting intolerance among the masses has led to a dangerous trend towards sectarian militancy. Recently the Saudi scholars also condemned and strongly rejected the ‘Takfir’ doctrine. E-e-Book@ http://wp.me/PCgrB-iI

Khilafat: Redundant or Relevant?
“Islamic State: Political Philosophy Of Islam”In the traditional democracies where Sovereignty belongs to the people, exercised thorough their elected representatives, in Islam the Sovereignty belongs to Allah, the power is exercised by the ruler, elected or chosen by Muslims through consultation (Shura) as representative (Khalifah) through Shari’a [Islamic law]. The “Islamic state” accounts for Islam’s strong emphasis on social & spiritual life and duties in society. The Islamic system of government is based on consultation, equal justice, freedom of expression, and serving the interest of the community. Islamic government is a consultative one. We cannot equate this process of consultation (Shura) with any particular type of democracy, but we say at the same time that a democratic government could be an Islamic government if it resolves to implement Islamic law, because by definition a democratic government provides a process of consultation. What is most important to remember is that an Islamic government is an ideological government. It believes in the Islamic faith and it seeks to implement the laws of Islam, sparing no effort for the achievement of that goal. In this book, the Caliphate as system of government has been analyzed to see if this system is still relevant or redundant? Read more @

The Hazards: To Faith and Peace
Muslims are faced with many challenges, the menace of polytheism (shirk ), deviations (bid’ah ), directly pollute the purity of faith, while sectarianism, extremism, militancy and Intolerance undermine their unity, peaceful coexistence and progress. “Surely Allah does not forgive shirk (associating any partner with Him); and may forgive sins other than that if He so pleases. This is because one who commits shirk with Allah, does indeed invent a great sinful lie”(Qur’an; 4:48 ),“do not spread mischief in the land.”(Qur’an;7:74)“A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands.”(Sahih Bukhari Hadith: 1.9)

An Introduction to The Bible and Qur’an:
God sent messengers to every community; some are mentioned by name in Bible and Qur’an. The message of all the massagers sent to different nations at different times had been same, to worship One God and follow His guidance for success in this life and hereafter. Among them Prophet Abraham, peace be upon him (flourished around1800 B.C) the great patriarch asserted the strict monotheism, God chose him as a leader of the mankind after success in trials. His son Ishmael and Isaac were granted prophethood. The sacred scriptures containing the message of guidance are available to the people after the messengers are gone. Nearly all scriptures were originally oral and were passed down as memorized texts through several generations before being put in writing except Qur’an, the sacred scripture of Islam, which beside being memorized was also written down at the time of revelation.Qur’an, the latest scripture mentions Torah, Zabur (Psalms) and Injeel (Gospel) by name, now part of Bible though not in the original form. Hence the Muslims, while believing in all the previous prophets and ‘original scriptures’ adhere to Qur’an, the final preserved revelations available for the guidance of humanity which abrogated all the previous scriptures. This book aims to give insight to the sacred scriptures, compilation, preservation and validity through historic evidence and traditions and their followers. This Booklet is also available at following URLs: e-Book PDF

Jesus Christ and Divinity:
Was Jesus Christ Divine? This question has been under intense debate from last 2000 years. Impact of Islam on Christianity and the West:
Islam is very close to Christianity; it’s not an understatement. If Christianity is considered as the Faith practiced and preached by Prophet Jesus Christ (peace be upon him), then the Muslims are more Christians than those who call themselves Christians, because Muslims follow what Jesus Christ preached and practiced throughout his ministry, shrouded under mysterious teachings and doctrines of later times. Jesus Christ had urged the use of intellect to discern the truth from the falsehood: “Why don’t you judge for yourselves what is right?”(Luke;12:57). Six centuries after Jesus Christ, Islam cleared the smog to reveal the original message of Jesus Christ and all the previous prophets in the original form. While many accepted the truth, others chose to cling to their perverted beliefs. However they could not remain aloof to the manifest reality. Abraham is the common ancestor of three great faiths. Impact of Islam on Christianity and Judaism has far reaching implications; some related with Christianity are being highlighted in the article “Impact of Islam on Christianity and the West”. Jerusalem Covenant Bible Qur’an:
Palestine is the most complex geopolitical and religious issue, confronted by the humanity, which if left unresolved will continue to be threat to the world peace. This historic flashpoint which kicked off the clash of civilizations, centuries ago, still has the potentials to flare up to repeat the history with unpredictable terrible consequences. While the followers of three Abrahamic faiths; Judaism, Christianity and Islam have the historic, religious, emotional and sentimental attachments with this land, no sane person can agree to deny the right of the Palestinian people as human being to enjoy the fruits of freedom in their own land in this age of freedom and democracy. The Zionists claim that; ‘this land has been given to them by God as His chosen people’. Dilemma-Delusions:
Islamic Society: Ethics, Human Rights, Adornments & Recreation
The society based upon Islamic principles is not the society of ascetics and hermits. Adornments, recreation and fine arts within limits of morality and decency are also for enjoyment of believers. Ethics and human rights are accorded high priority. Many such aspects projected as ‘Dilemma’ are nothing but ‘Delusion’. Allah says: “Say: Who hath forbidden the adornment of God which He has brought forth for His devotees, and the good things of His providing? “Say: “All these things are for the enjoyment of the believers in the life of this world though shared by others; but these shall be exclusively theirs on the Day of Resurrection. Thus do We make Our revelations clear for those who understand. Say: The things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to God for which he hath given no authority; and saying things about God of which you have no knowledge.”(Qur’an;7:32-33).
